Homerun with no run scored in pitch by pitch

Post by derektri » Thu Jun 03, 2010 11:06 am

I am trying to change a play in pitch by pitch. Runner on third who is the 5th run
of the inning with the 5 run rule. The batter hits a homerun and I want
to give credit for the hit. Where in pitch by pitch is the option
for 3rd base safe at home with no run scored?

Normally the answer to this question is that you can not make game changing edits (i.e. changing a scored run to a not scored run).

However, with version 2.80 (which will be our next submission), this particular change will be allowed... you will be able to change any runner that reaches home to "run not scored" after the fact. You will have to wait for the next update for this capability however.

If you need to make the change now, you would have to Undo to that point in the game, and re-enter from that point forward using the "Run Not Scored" option.
