Hit Location data
Hit Location data
Hi there!
Love the new hit location PDF on the admin page. After looking at it for a few minutes, it seems that while you show the location of a bunt, the bunt does no show up on the the player's stats below.
Thanks!
Chris

Re: Hit Location data
That is pretty much it for the legend... did not want to include one on the page itself because we are trying to maximize the number of players that can be seen on a page (some people have larger teams than others).
Yes, will be coming to the teams site too, but trying to figure out the best way to do it there. Will probably put it on the Games section so you will see the hit charts for that game, but also trying to consider the security of it. We love when people let their Games tab be seen without a password, but it seems hit chart information you may want to keep private so you don't give other teams insight into where your team hits the ball. We may wind up creating a new "Reports" tab or something similar that would have it's own password option.

Re: Hit Location data
If you could put "hit charts" along side a game that would be great. today hard to see game specific hit charts. I would also expected to find them under Roster or Stats however.
on password protection... I password protect games menu b/c of everything already under VIEW, (names and stuff). Adding hit charts will not change that. If games menu, was just date, names, scores i would not password protect. but password protection is a small step to pay for the great value of the VIEW items (score card, play by play, box score , and to be soon "game stats", and hit charts.. great ).

Re: Hit Location data
fyi... you can set the Name Viewability in Settings - that all now works. It will not change what is seen in the Scorecast or the Scorecard, but the Play by Play and Box score wll show names/numbers based on your Settings (i.e. you can have it show just initials, just the player #, etc).

Re: Hit Location data
My hit location data on the admin site does not match what is on the device. Seems like the last 3-4 games worth of hits are missing. I only have 1 league set up and have exported several times since, but the admin site data never changes. Any ideas?

Re: Hit Location data
Did you recently get a new device like an iPad and transfer the data to that? A lot of customers have done that recently and forget they have a new login for the new device.

Re: Hit Location data
No. Using the same itouch. I haven't really checked the whole team, but I know that in the second to last game I scored, my son grounded out 4-3 and there is no such hit location on the admin site, but there is on his player card.

If you can email us your customer ID and tell us the player and game that is not showing up we can take a look.
