Runner Going On Pitch

Post by Rabid » Sat Jun 22, 2013 10:20 am

Would love it if I could designate a runner going on the pitch, other than by having to type it into the notes section.

Ie. 2-2 count, 1 out and runner goes on pitch, foul ball. Next pitch, runner goes again, and a hard double to right scores the runner.

It would be helpful to know that a hit-and-run/steal attempt contributed to the run scoring on the hit.

There really is not a statistic to track anything like that. Adding a note will give as much information as anything on it. You can come up with an abbreviation so it is quick to enter for you, and allows you to track when this occurred easily.

It would be nice for the iscorecast though to be able to tell those watching. MLB score cast does this. It is a nice enhancement.

For the people watching the iScorecast, you can enter a note now, and it displays in the iScorecast as well.
