Ex-player's stats from new team showing up in team stats

Have an issue that I'm not sure how to resolve.

We had a couple of players on our team earlier this year that left and now play for another team.

We recently played the new team and when I set up their team I added those players to their roster.

Now their stats from that game against us are showing up in our team stats.

Can I fix that?

You would have to take those players out of your Team Roster. Go to team manager, select your team, select Roster, and remove the players that are no longer on your team from there.

Will that remove their stats from their time on our team?

I don't want to do that.

They played on our team earlier this season and their stats from those games are part of our overall team stats.

The problem is that their stats from their one game against us show up in our team stats as well.

If you view the individual games, the stats for the players in the game will still show when the player is not on your roster. But when viewing Team Stats, it shows the stats for all players currently on your Team Roster.

The alternative to removing the player from your team roster would be to create a new version of the player for the other team, and sub that player in for the other team.
