Hi, Is there a way to prevent scorecast games from being visible/selectable on iscoretv.com ?

You can go to Options and make sure that iSorecast is set to "OFF" before the game starts.

If the game is already scored, you can go to the game on your device in Game Manager, scroll down to Options, and select "Delete iScorecast". This only deletes the iScorecast from the server, not the device. It can be put back on the server by simply selecting "iScorecast Synchronize" in case you accidentally delete the wrong one or change your mind.

You can also do it from your my.iscorecentral.com login. Just log in, click "Games" (the one between "Teams" and "Players", not the one between "Roster" and "Import"), then click "Scorecast" and find the ones you don't want there anymore and select the "delete" option. This can also be put back on the server the same way as above.

I had to use the third method when a couple of practice games that I scored were still on my iScorecast but were removed from my device. I also noticed that my games were out of order (by date) so I went to each game in Game Manager on my iPhone and selected "iScorecast Synchronize" for each game in the order I wanted them and that fixed that issue.

All that stuff I just said was for the iScorecast site. Not the iscoretv.com one. I'm guessing that if your broadcasting your game then it's subject to the public. I can't recall ever seeing a privacy option for that.

It you are using iScorecast, the game will appear on iscoretv as well. You can password protect the games and they would still only be viewable with the password, but iscoretv lists live iScorecasts.

Thanks all, problem solved. :)

I discovered that you can password protect any/all iscorecasts by clicking the little "lock" icon against the game(s) you wish to protect on the Scorecast management screen (my.iscorebaseball.com admin site -> Games (top menu) -> Scorecast). While the games are still visible on iscoretv.com without the password you cannot watch them without the password.

Also realised that scorecasts can be deleted and recreated as described above too. Pretty handy to remove old scorecasts such as trial games pre-tournament.

I can live with password protected scorecasts.

Developers a couple of suggestions:
1) Would still prefer a way to hide scorecasts from iscoretv (public) completely if possible.
2) Rather than having to delete old scorecasts, perhaps it's possible to use the LEAGUE MANAGER to filter viewable scorecasts, just like the viewable games under GAME MANAGER.
