I have scored a game but cannot view it via live streaming or as a replay. When i click on the link It shows the diamond but nothing else comes up.

make sure i-scorecast is enabled under options on your hand held device ( Main Screen > Options >Iscorecast =on)
then, when you score a game ..
if you have valid internet connection, iscorecast will update real time.
If you do not have an internet connection , then after the game when you get to a place with internet connection .. you need to "sync" i-scorecast from the game info screen on your handheld device .. ( Main Screen > Game Manager > Select Game > Scroll down to bottom of Game Info Screen and tap Iscorecast sync. )
sounds like what you need to do is "sycn" and your game will be updated....
(if that does not work, check you have the right game link, you can send you a new one by game manager>select game > play> (undo) misc - send game link by email > redo > exit)
remember also, it is best practice to always export after every scored game when you do have internet access (option>export) to maintain an updated dataset on the iscore server with your data base...

UPDATE to UPDATE. FTM appears to have corrected the issue. I can report iscorecast working as normal. Retry your game and see if you can see the replay now.
