iscore scorecast html / mobile player working? (Sun 9/9...)

Couldn't watch my iscorecast games from last weekend on the mobile / html player (several parents said it wouldn't load on their phones) -- and here a week later the data still does not load.

Using: http://data.iscorecentral.com/iscorecas ... XXXXXXXXXX" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; (where device id goes in the "X")

If you can email us at support@iscoresports.com with the customer ID of the device you are trying to view games for, we will take a look. We just checked with one of our customer IDs, and things loaded fine, but if you can send us yours (found on Option screen in iScore), we can take a look.
