merge problem

Post by Cferris » Fri Jul 06, 2012 10:40 am

I added a first name to a player on my team. Then I merged these players together. Now his team stats only show the four games he played with his first and last name. I have a full season of stats for him, can I edit this players stats to reflect all 34 games he has played so far.

If you used merge, then the player's stats will merge. If you deleted the player, you can use the undelete capability to recover the player, and then use the merge function. Here is a link that describes this in more detail:

I never deleted a player. I used the merge function to combine a player named walker, with a player named r. Walker. Now, when I view the team stats, r. Walker only shows four games.

If you do an Options -> Export and email us your customer ID to support@iscoresports.com and let us know in the email the name of the player (we see r. Walker, but please include in the email so we know what the email is about), and let us know what you are seeing and what you expect to see, we can take a look at your data.
