IPAD crash
IPAD crash
Am entering multiple games today for a rec league using the official scorebook. I was almost through when my IPAD went blank (it was plugged in) and when I got back into ISCORE, there is nothing there, I have no teams, leagues or games. Not sure what to do...but would not be pleased if all of the games, not just the ones today are gone. I have multiple kids playing on several teams and have the whole season logged here. Thanks in advance for your time.

Re: IPAD crash
If the iPad crashed (which it sounds like it did if it went black), then it is possible the iScore database got corrupted. The only times we have heard of an iPad crashing like that are when then battery dies (which you are saying it was plugged in, so should not be the case), or when it overheats (if you are not in direct sunlight, that should not happen).
In any case, we have a way to repair the database. Follow these steps:
1. Do an Options -> Export from iScore
2. Log in to the Admin Website (http://my.iscorecentral.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;) using the information from the Options -> Admin Website screen in iScore
3. Click the Maintenance tab
4. At this point, if your database is corrupt, the Maintenance screen will detect this and give you a button to Repair your database
5. After the repair, do an Options -> Import in iScore to retrieve your data back to your device
Let us know how this goes.
