I forgot my site and password information. Is there a way I can access?

Are you asking about your Admin website password or a team website password? To find the admin site address and password, go to 'Options' on your device and select 'Admin Website'. You should see the Admin URL as well as your device ID and password.

To find out information about your Team website, login to your admin website and select the team. There is a field in the team record that shows the URL of your team website. The administration password for the team website is the same as for your admin site.

Sorry, it's not that easy. We shared an IPAD last year with volleyballl and she deleted the ISCORE software and I had to reinstall. I also had it on my old phone that broke. Is there someone to contact to get my information?

Still not helpful enough. I need my data from last year. I don't have the same version of iscore as our volleyball coach deleted my original version.

If it is the same Device you used last year, and you were doing exports last year, then the data would still exist on our server under that same customer ID and you should be able to do an Options -> Import to retrieve your data.

If you email us at support@iscoresports.com and send us your customer ID and let us know you have lost your data, we can look to see what we have on the server for your device.
