Only following MLB- League standings?

Post by Lkziegler » Tue Jun 07, 2011 11:39 am

I use iScore as I watch my favorite teams and recently purchased the add-on that includes the 2011 rosters. When I hit the standings button(Team Manager) there aren't any because I don't save the games I score. Is there a way for iScore to keep real time standings for MLB on the iPad? Thanks!

iscore is an app for scoring games, it tracks the teams/games/players you score. It is not a MLB standings app, there are apps for that from ESPN and others.

I understand it's not just for standings. However, if I want to personally follow the Tigers, while the $20 add-on provides daily stat changes for every player, is there some place that it also shows the standings? In the "leagues" section it shows both the American and National Leagues, however the standings are all zero's?

There is not a standings button at all in iScore. We do not track standings. We have a League Website product that can be used to track standing for games you score, but in general, we do not expect people to have an entire league of data on the device. And we do not track standings for MLB teams through the product.

So... what can we use to track team standings of a league or division?

Of the MLB Teams? You can go to http://espn.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; or http://mlb.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and the league and division standings are there.

If you are talking about non MLB teams, we have league websites available for those that are using iScore for their entire league. If you are only scoring for your own team, then we do not track "standings" as it requires having the scoring from the entire league.
