Help! My battery died -- I've lost EVERYTHING

Post by kbpadgett » Tue Apr 12, 2011 6:39 pm

I was scoring a game and my battery died. When I recharged and went to get back in, everything is gone. I tried going to League Manager to enable "All", but there are no leagues even listed. I haven't imported because if there is a chance to recapture the 6 innings I scored of the new game, I would like to do so. Help!

Welcome to the board.

The game should still be there even with a battery decline. Go to league manager and make sure that the "all" league is checked. Then go to game manager to see if the game is there. If not report back here and we will troubleshoot.

If you can go to Options->Export on your device to send what you have right now up to our server, we will still have a copy of the previous export as well. Email us with your Customer ID (found on Options screen) to support@iscoresports.com and we will take a look at your data.
