Post by djandyo » Mon Apr 04, 2011 7:55 pm

Ok, I hate to ask this because I know the answer is out here somewhere. I just bought an iPad. I have an iPhone with score on it and read about that. But do I need to buy the iPad version of iscore. Or do we users (I'm one of the originals)

If you already own the iPad version, you will not need to pay itunes again, as long as you install from the app store using the original apple/itunes account you used to purchase the app originally.

Go to the app store, find the IPad version of iScore and install...don't worry that it will look like you are purchaseing again, before the download starts, you will prompted telling you already purchased no need to buy again

Thanks Ohio!! But if I don't have the iPad version, only the iPhone version, then I need to buy it, correct?

Yes. Although you can use the iPhone version if you want without paying again - but you won't get any of the iPad features. The iPad version is much easier to use, as you basically get 4 screens worth of data at once.

As always, thanks!!! And it looks like I get a new customer ID number, correct? Is there any easy way to transfer over my iPhone database? Or is easiest just to do it piece by piece? I don't necessarily want or need the entire thing to transfer over, but also wouldn't mind since my game list is getting extensive.

Export from both devices then email support@iscoresports.com and send them your device ids, ask them to copy from one device id to the other and you'd have a full copy from your iphone. You can find your device id on the options screen, it's the same as the customer id.
