None of the above things are the problem that I can see...the stats all players are right for each individual game, but are not correct for the season stats and show they played on one game for the season. I really don't know what to do?

If the stats are right for the individual games, then we are 90% certain that you have created either multiple players with the same name, or create the same team twice. You may have done it unknowingly, but that is the only reason the stats would look right in individual games, but not when viewing cumulative stats. If it is all players that are having the issue, then it is likely the team being created twice... if only some players show this, then it is multiple players being created.

If you want to do an Options->Export, and email your customer ID (found on Options screen) to support@iscorecentral.com, and let us know a specific player and games you are seeing an issue on, we can look at your data to see what is going on.

The issue was the same player being created multiple times as suspected. If anyone accidentally creates multiple players for the same player, do not delete the second player if you have scored any games with that second player. Just use the "Merge" option in Player Manager to combine the two players back into one, and everything will be fine.

Outstanding service

One more question..in my game yesterday...made a pitching change in the middle of an inning and I forgot to put it in stats...can I go back to pitch by pitch and make that change?

Yes, The pitch-by-pitch editor allows you to add/edit/create any substitution after the fact...

Just go to pitch by pitch, scroll to desired events, tap event, tap substitution edit button..pick home/visitor ... make offensive and defensive substitutions..

So, when I make the pitching correction..it will score the game with my second pitcher from then on...I don't have to change with every batter..correct? All the batters from where I make the ptiching change will go on the second pitchers record.
