Season stats Problem

Post by Hoganknows » Wed Mar 30, 2011 2:26 am

I just played my second game...on my season totals I have some players not showing up playing two games that played two games and their stats for only one game is showing in season totals and only one pitcher showing in stats...both single games stats has those players showing in stats. How can I get my season stats corrected?

Double check you have correct league assignments, sounds like one game may be in a second league.

Easy to test, Go to league manager and enable ALL league, then look at cumulative stats, see if that corrects it, if so then just go through and assign common leagues to players, games and teams.

Nope..I just checked all leagues I have listed and still leaves a player who played both games with only one game on the total stats and leaves my pitcher from yesterday completely out of total stats...but is on the game stats from yesterday.

Ok we tried tHe fast amd easy, now have to get more specific to trouble shoot from a distance..

1. which device are you using (ipad, iphone, android etc) and what version of iscore software. (version is located on the iscore home splash page, e.g, 3.09)

2. Have you ever deleted one of the 'suspec't games, teams or players and recreated them? If so which- player, game or team...

Confirming
3- You have the special league called "ALL" enabled ( league manager > ALL)

4- In game manager, you see both suspct games. Game 1 and game 2

Next ..
5- Let's get more specific, what exists and what is missing for player a and player b , in game 1 and game 2

For each game for each player, review what the game manager stats show --what exists and what is missing for batting, fielding and/or pitching stats.. ( review from game manager not player manager or team manager or team web site..start with game manager)

Are they all there and correct for player A game 1? Batting, fielding, pitching...
If not, Which are missing/incorrect batting, fielding, pitching?
IS it all stats in a category or just a specific stat ?

Now player B, game 1....what is there and not?

Same for game 2. Player A and then player b.
What exists and what is missing?

6. Report back findings...

I checked both games and stats for both games are correct...just the season totals are not correct.

I have checked all my leagues...I only have a "All" setting at one spot...all my other settings are default or the leagues I have set up...like my 2011 season and two tourneys

This is a great system, but just got to get this season stat problem corrected.

Can I correct them myself from a certain setting....and I can't seem to find a way to check my roster of each game after the game has ended.

To check the Lineup for a game, go to Game Manager, select the game, select Pitch by Pitch, tap the "Game Starts" event, then tap the Edit button next to "Starting Lineup". This will show the starting lineups for both teams (you can select Home or Visitor).

If a player has played two games, but you are only seeing stats for one, it likely means you had created the player twice. If you have already deleted the second copy of the player, then the way to fix it is to go to the starting lineup (as described above) for the game the player is not showing up for, on the starting lineup screen, remove the player, then add the existing player in. Anywhere the player may have been subbed during the game, make sure to go to those events and sub the player in there as well.

If the player has not been deleted, then the simple fix is to merge the two players into one. Go to Player Manager, tap the Merge button in the lower left, and select the duplicate players in each of the lists and they can be merged into one (combining their stats).
