Did my game today and everything went great! Came home put it on iscorecast.com that was great! email of the scorecard was perfect! Then when I was looking at my administrating website at the 2 teams that played, only 1 teams stats were displaying no hit chart and stats for one of the teams.
can you please help..... I need the hit charts and stats to to be there both of the teams that played.
Thank you.

Hi Paul - If you can email us your Customer ID to support@iscorecentral.com, and let us know which game to look at, we can take a look. Your customer ID can be found on the Options screen in iScore. Be sure to do an Options->Export to send your database to the server before emailing so we will be able to see your data.

Ok just did email you.
Re: Did my first game today . problem with the hit chart &stats
When you say looking at your administrative website...
Are you talking about the free 'admin site' ( http://my.iscorecentral.com/login.php" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;)
or the paid 'team web site' (http://iscorebaseball.com/yourteamname" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;).
The team web site will focus on Your team stats and hit charts.. The admin site has the various opponents statistical detail and hit charts..

Re: Did my first game today . problem with the hit chart &stats
The Admin Website is not intended for stats. You would email the stats to yourself. You can email stats for games from within Game Manager, or cumulative status for a team from within Team Manager. The Admin Website has a few things you can do like viewing Hit Charts for any team, or viewing a Play by Play listing for games, but the real power of iScore is on the device itself, and the ability to email the statistics directly from the device.

Re: Did my first game today . problem with the hit chart &stats
exactlly my confusion and request for clarification, not sure how you could see stats on the admin site.
- the admin site has rosters and hit charts for all teams.. plus play by play for games but not stats
- the team web site has hit charts and stats for your team, plus lots of other goodies.
- the device has it all. and is emailable
If you are not seeing the other team on your device as expected, that most likely is a "league" issue. try setting leagues to all and then re check team manager. all teams will be visible and you can click on any team and then email the stats ..

Re: Did my first game today . problem with the hit chart &stats
If you go to Team Manager, and select the team, and select Roster, are there any players on the roster? Sounds like maybe you only created players in the Lineup, and did not add them to the Team Roster.
If that is the case, you can go to Game Manager, select the game, go to Pitch by Pitch, tap the first event, and edit the starting lineup. When the starting lineup screen is up, tap Options, then tap "Copy Lineup->Roster". This will copy the players from the Lineup you created to the Team Roster. You can then do an Options->Export, and you should see your data.
Typically iScore would expect you to create a Team and the Roster for that team, then score a game. If you don't know who is on the other team pregame, you can add players directly to the lineup... just be sure to do the Options, Copy Lineup->Roster if you do that.
