Box Score Summary on Team website

Post by rgoodwinco » Mon Sep 13, 2010 6:05 am

When reviewing the box score of a recent game, the inning by inning runs scored is incorrect.

Geckos 0 1 0 0 0 1 2 0
Longmont Stealth 3 6 2 6 0 17 10 0

the score should read fo rthe stealth 4 5 3 5 0 17 10

Somehow runs are being placed into the wrong inning. Is anyone else having this issue?

I have the same problem on the admin website. The final score is correct, but the score by inning is not. I have not paid enough enough to the box scores so do not know if this is a recent problem or ongoing.

This will actually be fixed independently of the next release --- we believe it has to do with runs being scored on the final play of an inning, and will get it fixed ASAP. Thank you.

I had a problem with the number of errors not being reported correctly.

i have not noticed the errors not being reporting correctly nor a post on it.. can you provide some specific examples.. is it saying one thing on your device and another on the web site (the issue of runs in this thread) .. or is it not reporting right on device either?

Mismatch between the device and the website. The more recent games (June and July are correct), but the older ones are not correct. I will send a PM to the admin.

You will want to include your device id in your PM
(or better yet email them at support@fasterthanmonkeys.com )

Be sure to provide some specific examples of it right and wrong (thanks in advance)

Also, be sure and export your database so they can pull it up the database on their side.

We believe the issue with box scores being wrong in some situations is now fixed. Please let us know if you are still seeing the issue.

@rgoodwinco: You wrote this:
Geckos 0 1 0 0 0 1 2 0
Longmont Stealth 3 6 2 6 0 17 10 0

the score should read fo rthe stealth 4 5 3 5 0 17 10
We believe the box score should be (and now shows) 4 5 2 6 0. Let us know if that is not correct. We are getting this by reviewing the play by play listing which shows 2 players scoring in the bottom of the 3rd, not 3, and 6 scoring in bottom of 4th, not 5.
