How do you add additional Info to the Scorecard

How do you add additional Info to the Scorecard

I wanted to know how to insert info into the details and notes section of the top portion of the scorecard.

For example, to where it says details, weather, condition and Notes on the scorecard.

At the game info screen near the bottom are sections to fill in these details. When completed these sections will show on the scorecard.
