If there is any chance you have entered games on your device since your last Export, you can also use "Data Sharing" to bring the teams in from your Admin Website. To do that, go to Options->Data Sharing->Get from Web Database, and enter your Customer ID and Admin Password there... it will show any teams you have entered that are not already on your device, and you will be able to import them that way.
