import Gamechanger and Perfect Game roster

I'm sure this has been suggested before but with 9 out 10 teams we're facing using the other app (Sorry, I love iScore but it's true), we need this feature. Being able to 'discover teams' from sports engine and Maxpreps etc. is great but let's face it, the rosters are usually on GC. Please implement this. On GC you can discover the other team's GC roster.

Also Perfect Game does a great job pre-posting the rosters. It was be awesome if we can import these as well.

I sent an e-mail to the support e-mail and was told development had been stopped for iScore, it will continue to be "supported", but without development occurring I'm guessing that no bug fixes/feature requests will be done.

@OhioTex, thank you for your insight throughout my time on the forum.

I guess the real question remains, what is a comparable app / program that is still being developed with feature roll out regularly.

I agree, I used to use BallStat/BallScore which was a great scorebook as well (and also had cumulative numbers for leagues etc), unfortunately the creator of which passed away. I found iScore to be a great alternative to that (which was only available on Windows PCs).

I've tried GameChanger but found it is not as robust as iScore was and required manual editing after the game for certain situations (such as dropped foul ball error required me to manually assign an error to the stat line, instead of the ability to assign an error like in iScore).

The only light I can share is the last update I received from the iScore Support Team when I asked if this was a permanent discontinuance of development:

Unfortunately, I can not say for sure.

But for now, it is stopped.
