I have a new device and need to know the steps to get my iscore transferred on my new device. My old device crashed and iscore is not accessible on the old device

My old device crashed so I am not able to open it and get to my iscore on that device. I read the manual part you suggested and it refers to having access to your old device in order to transfer. What do I do since I do not have access to the screen of the old device?

Thank you

If you have your customer ID written down anywhere that is all you need to recover your data using the data sharing techniques from the link previously posted. If you do not have your customer ID written down, but have emailed yourself links to iScorecasts, if you paste a copy of one of those links we can get your customer ID for you from that link.

Another alternative is if you have done (or can do) an iTunes Backup from the old device (don't need the screen to do an iTunes backup), and then restore it to your new device, it should recover the iScore data as well.

If still having issues...provide answers to below questions and I can get more specific on steps to take..

1) Do you have your ‘old device’ customer ID and password? (if you have this we can solve the rest. )

2) can you access the admin web site (my.iscorecenteal.com) for your old device ID (and password) and new device ID ( and new password)?

3) On old device do you believe you “option >exported” after your last scored game ?

4) If not, up to date on “option > export”
A) can you guesstimate, how many games not backed up?)

B) do you iscorecast games? (will provide us an alternate retrieval method for in backed up games)?

I have encountered another problem because on my new device when I downloaded the iscore app, I must have set up a new website because the device has a new ID and password. Now I think I have two websites???

I do have my customer ID and passsword.
On my new device under Admin website there is now a different User ID and password. I hit create a new website thinking that I could put in my old admin info and it created a new ID and password. I tried deleting the iscore app and reinstalling but that new ID and password keep showing up. When I go to Iscore central and use my old ID and Password everything is there. I am not sure what to do about the new ID and password?

Yes, each new device (and new install) will get a new Id number (That is by design)

If you have both old and new ID and password , you will be fine, use the help link from before ...
http://iscoresports.com/baseball/kb/faq ... lldata.php

In step 2 .... You will register both devices to a common email (using my.iscorecentral.com account tab, ) if old device registered to a forgotten email. Just unregister and register from that account tab. Register both devices to common email .. faq here
http://iscoresports.com/baseball/kb/faq ... device.php

Once both registered, on account tab you will see both devices (red numbers/letters). (Click on one .. switches to it) .. you will also see a manage data button, Click
On it to copy data from old database to new database .

. then option > import on new device to download your data to new device
