Team site crash (fixed)
Team site crash (fixed)
I tried to embed a scoreboard on my team site and now it won’t pull up. It says website can’t display this page.
Re: Team site crash
Glad to help. But need more info..
Are you saying the scorcard wont pull up or the team website?
if it is a team site that won't open can you provide the url.
The scoreboards and team site servers were working fine for me tonight.

If you let us know the URL of your team website we can take a look to see what happened.

I think I copied the iframe scoreboard link and saved it causing an all white screen.

Re: Team site crash
Yes, you put an "IFRAME tag" in the Team Logo section. We have removed that for you so the site works now.
If you just go to Settings for the team site as the Admin, there is a place to enter a "Scoreboard ID" in the bottom left of all the options, and it will embed the scoreboard on your team site.

@support - thanks

Looking at your now functioning team web site. i think support suggestion would work well for you. If you put the scoreboard ID in the setting field you will get a three panel scoreboard, centered in the green header area on your web site. above the home page.
you can get the "Scoreboard Id" to paste into your team web site scoreboard setting field from the Get Links button from the scoreboard editor at http://sb.iscoresports.com/index.php . Copy and paste the long string of characters you see in the code links after "sbid=" as the scoreboard ID.
FYI - I have not found a way to adjust the number of scoreboards from three for this floating scoreboard in the header. .
For me, I prefer 5 scoreboards at a time as we usually play 4 games a weekend. I used the "DIV" code (not the iframe code) to place scoreboard top of my team site home page. (DIV code found under get links.. "To embed this scoreboard in your site in a DIV, use the following"). I simply pasted it in HTML editor at top of home page. and it works well since i wanted more than 2 games showing at once.
