Iscore Softball Pitcher Changes (answered)

Post by TOPGUN18UGOLD » Wed Sep 13, 2017 11:42 am

I am new to using this iscore program and it seems to be very user friendly. I do have a issue which i can not figure out and hopefully someone can help me out.
I use Iscore for the 1st time this past weekend in a tournament. i use it for a girls 18u softball travel team.We have 12 Girls and 3 pitchers.
Every inning we are swapping out 2 girls, and every 3 innings we switch pitchers. I just notice that when i look at the game stats, it only shows the last pitcher, with the stats of the entire game.
It does not show that the first pitcher pitched 3 innings. It shows the 2nd pitcher pitched 6 innings.
I am going by the following procedure.
I go to MISC
Go to Show Staring Line up
Switch the outgoing pitcher to out
switch the incoming pitch to P
Press Done.

Why is this not working

By using the Starting Lineup, you are telling iScore that is the starting pitcher.

Instead, you should just tap the pitcher in the field, and then tap the player that should be subbed in that defensive position.

Note that this technique is what you do while you are scoring a live game.

You can also fix the game you have already scored using the pitch-by-pitch editor. Substitutions can also be altered using this technique.
