We found an issue that was fixed this morning that we believe was causing the push notifications to not be sent. This should now be fixed.

Was a broad issue that likely effected all push notifications. And the random push notification was likely part of us clearing up the problem.

:? :? :? Having the same experience here but now the situation has worsened. I as well most of our organization are paid subscribers about 15 - 20 accounts. We noticed the same issue starting about a month ago none of the push notifications were being sent out via iScore central from our iScore recording devices (2 iPhones and 1iPad). Not a huge issue because if we were aware of the game times we could log in and still watch the games in real time with the play by play interface.

I saw a lot of back-end activity this Monday (July 10th) a lot of our old games from months ago started getting pushed to all our devices. I though FANTASTIC iScore is working on the back-end getting the push notifications functioning again. Well the team is on the road right now in NJ we are still not getting the push notifications ... even worse now the play by play function is no longer working as either.

We collectively saw one game start then hang on the 2nd inning. I called the person recording the game he had full bars and a LTE data connection. I asked him to turn off the score casting then turn it back on our devices then showed the 5th inning score but still was not giving the play by play. It appears whatever updates that were done to the system this week really mucked up the software! HELP!! We have an entire organization counting on this software working ... and our Team is heading off to Nationals in 2 weeks and many of the families that cannot make it are counting on this software to function properly so they can stay dialed in with the team.

Your looking into this matter is greatly appreciated.

There are not currently any issues we are aware of. And checking a sampling of the games at http://iscoretv.com as well as on iScore Central app, they appear to be working fine. It seems it is likely an internet connectivity issue with the scorekeeper. They should be sure they have iScorecast enabled on the Options screen in iScore, and maybe to an iScorecast Synchronize if they ever are falling behind for any reason. The number of bars is not always indicative of having perfect internet connectivity.

This issue has returned. Not just for me either, other members of our team.

There are no push notifications sent for any activity. Game start, score change, etc.

iOS 11. I have rebooted phone, reinstalled app, I am a current premium 3 month subscriber but not getting the main subscriber feature. Push notifications.

Please see previous posts in this thread. Server issues?

Looking forward to your update. I (and others) really rely on that feature

This should now be fixed. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.

We recently switched our push notifications to use Google Firebase and it was having an issue.

The upside now that it is fixed is that the push notifications are near instant when something is entered in iScore whereas before it could take up to a minute or two after a play was entered before the push notification was delivered.
