Did you use Misc -> End Inning to end innings early? The "Innings Pitched" stats is actually calculated as "Outs / 3" --- that is the official way to determine how many innings a pitcher has pitched.

Yes i did. Because we have 5 run rule as well and ally's end innings that way if not 3 outs

That would explain the stats then. If you want to see "Innings Appeared" (how many innings the pitcher appeared in), that stats is available too under pitching stats. It is the "AP1" stat and will show the number of innings a player has appeared at pitcher. There are equivalents to that for every position.

But for the actual "Innings Pitched" stat, it will always be Outs / 3 ... actually to be more precise, it is Outs / (Outs per inning) since the number of Outs per inning is also a settable option (through the vast majority of the time you will use 3 for this).

I ran across this thread looking for something else.
We're just getting in to kid pitch in the fall.
Is it better to "End inning" or fabricate 3 outs?

the most common use "misc > end inning " is b/c of age level rules, e.g. leagues that limit number of batters or runs per inning.

(I would not fabricate outs, as that would skew a pitcher's and defensive stats and mess up the score book in my opinion)

If you do not see it, then you need to turn it on for your device. It does not display by default. See the "Rearranging / Picking Stats" section from the following link in the iScore manual:

AP1 is the abbreviation for the Innings Appeared at position 1 (pitcher).
