pictures on playercard not showing up on iscorecasts

I have playercards with pictures and I have saved the individual pictures to the player roster on my laptop (not the iPad where I score the stats). When I view the iScorecasts some of the players' pictures aren't showing up. How can I fix this?

You add the player photos from your device (tablet or phone not laptop) using PLAYER MANAGER > PLAYER CARD

You have to be connected to internet when doing this.
