Update

If you press Export in the Options screen in iScore on your device, you should now be able to access your Admin Website website (my.iscorecentral.com). We are still working on restoring Team Websites.

I am having that same problem..and can't access my team webpage which is set to expire today...I need to renew it but can't get to it.. HELP!!!

I keep getting invaild user name and password when trying to get to my.iscorecentral.com

If you do an Options -> Export from your device you should be able to log in to my.iscorecentral.com.

We will be extending out the expiration dates on websites when everything is fully restored.

Hats off to iScore / FTM support for their quick response to this entire issue over the last 30+ hours . Once again demonstrating outstanding customer service .. Doing everything they can - so we can continue to enjoy iscore and No one looses data ..

I can not transfer data from my iPhone to my iPad after scoring yesterday's games. Finally able to log in to admin site and was having no trouble transferring data before yesterday. Also tried an import to iPad but that was also unsuccessful. Any ideas?

If you do an Export from both devices you will then be able to transfer data.

Is there an update yet on when the system will be up and running and when the team sites will be fully functional? Thanks!

We are still working with our service provider to restore the team sites. They can not give us an estimate on when the data will be restored.
