iScoreCast - Waiting to Start?

I created a game on with the iScoreCast but when I go to the web site it says "Waiting for Game to Start..." --- What am I missing here?


I should also note I have iScorecast enabled and I even tried the manually SYNC in the game options are well.

Have you begun scoring the game? If so, did you have a good internet connection while scoring the game?

Yes and yes. My Internet connection is really good.

We just went into iScore basketball, created a new game with iScorecast enabled, and the game appeared on the iScorecast just fine, and as we score the game, we see the updates.

If you can try creating a new game with iScorecast enabled, and begin scoring the game, and then write us back, we can take a look at your account to see what is going on if it is not working for you. The only explanation we have for the game from months ago is possible internet connectivity issues. But if you have an issue with a new game, we can look at our server for anything new that you do.
