Found a repeatable crash

This scenario is unique but it happened to me in a game and I was able to repeat the crash at home on a test game. The fix is not urgent as I doubt it would come up very often.

Foul during a game causing 2 free throws, 1st free throw made.
Hit sub (at this point I realize that I did not add a player pregame to the roster)
Hit lineup
Hit add player
Choose player from player list, hit done and done to get back to game
Since player is not on sub list you would need to hit done to "refresh roster" but when I hit done the app crashes.
