I just upgraded to the v4.10, but it showed v4.15 as well, with the enhancement to stats with LOBi? I am not seeing this stat after the upgrade.. Did v4.15 get released yet?

Yes, it will work for prior games. You just need to use the Recalc option for those games. You can either use Recalc when viewing the stats for an individual game, or you can view stats for your team, and use Recalc from there to recalculate the statistics for all games your team played in. (NOTE: The Recalc option on Android devices is accessed by tapping the Android Menu button while on the stats screen.)

is the LOBi stat only include if batter makes 3rd out of the inning or does it include count for example a batter struck out with bases loaded and 1 out?

It is for any runner left on base - outs are not relevant.

Can you explain in detail, the fix for DP putouts/assists?

I.E. Batter flies out to CF, runner from third is forced out at third 8-6-5. Does the fix credit the CF and 3B with the putouts in the DP situation?

Ex. 2: Batter flies out to CF, runner is tagged out going to third 8-6-5. Statistics do not reflect that this resembles a double play.

In either case, you would mark the runner out as Double Play. You would not used the forced out or tagged out option when it asks about the runner - you would use Double Play. There is no difference statistically. Entering 8-6-5 for the fly out will correctly give 8 and 5 put outs, and 8 and 6 both get assists. All three players are credited with a DP.

If you want there to be an indication of tag out vs force out, you can add a note to the play.
