iScorecast Update

Post by FTMSupport » Tue Apr 03, 2012 10:16 pm

We have had several minor updates to the new iScorecast for Baseball over the last few weeks. Most are hardly noticeable as we try and improve the experience. Tonight we pushed a new update up that we think is fun for those that have images associated with players. We now show the image of the fielder that gets the ball on out plays. A sample screenshot can be seen below:

That is great! I upgraded from iPod Touch to iPhone this year so we actually have viewers following our games on iScorecast. This will be a fantastic addition for them. Thank you very much!

That's great, I'm still trying to figure out why baseball players show up on our scorecast even though I have my settings on softball?

Make sure you have updated to the latest version of iScore (older versions did not send the right info up to the iScorecast server to identify a softball game), and be sure to set the mode of the game to Softball.

I'm using v 3.44.402 on an android phone and it is set in softball mode. The games I scored on 4-6-12 show up as baseball figures when accessed through our team's website. I did just check and I see if you access game to replay it through iscorecast website it does show up as a softball game. Is there a setting I need to change on the team's website?

If you can email us at support@iscoresports.com with the details on how to see it correct and incorrect, we can take a look and see what is going on.

Well, now the team's website is also showing as softball figures, but I swear yesterday it was baseball. I also had a parent tell me when he watched the games I scored on March 27 live they were baseball figures then too. Will just monitor for now.... have a great EASTER!

Do you have to have iScorecast a game after the above update for the screen to be as above? I iScorecast a MLB spring training game in Florida on March 5 and if I replay it the background is the old background.

Old games will show this new UI as well... you just have to go to http://iscorecast.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and enter your Customer ID there.
