Yes, the mapping is a manual process as we do not have any way of knowing which players on your device would match the players on the USSSA site.

Another approach to doing this is to bring the USSSA data in as NEW, then merge your players "into" the USSSA data. By doing this, the internal IDs will be the USSSA internal IDs and if you ever did data sharing with anyone else that downloaded the USSSA data, no mapping would be required.

Once your mappings have been created, you will not have to map the players again.

We do not see any way to search for teams/rosters on that site.

We may be able to add them in the future, but as far as we can tell in our quick look at the site, they do not make the "team ID" readily available on the screen anywhere. This makes it much more difficult because we can not easily give you a way to find an ID to enter into iScore to pull data for a Super Series Baseball team.

It looks to me like when teams are imported this way that by default the players are set to not be batting. So I have to go back to each player and individually select YES for batting. I learned this the hard way this weekend when I started a new game against a team I imported and was surprised that there were no batters when it came time for the other team to bat. I had to go make the changes and keep up with game play at the same time.

Can you make it so that batting is set to YES by default? It's easier to turn a couple of batters off than to turn 9 on.

Thanks,
