Any news on when the 2017 season for USSSA will be available for discovery of teams?

The 2017 season should now be selectable when discovering from USSSA.

You should now be able to discover 2017 games as well.

The game discovery is bringing up the team discovery instead of games.

It brings up tournaments that match your search criteria. When none are found, it says "No matching teams", but it is actually searching for games. Do you have a specific tournament you are searching for that you are not finding?

I have historically only used USSSA "team discovery" has been a real time saver, but GAME discovery would be even better. I'm not sure the intended use model, but I am trying to find USSSA tournament "Ultimate Labor Day" Sept 3-Sept5 in the San Francisco Bay Area (Twin Creeks Sports Complex). As the previous poster noted, when I try to find a "GAME", it takes me down the "Find Team" path ending with a question if i want to import. I was hoping that if I provided a team ID, it would show me all the Games listed for that team which I could then ideally import.

Thanks in advance for the help.

The USSSA Game Discovery is really intended for use by USSSA tournament directors as viewing of the scorecasts discovered there require use of the USSSA Scorecast app (as noted in yellow at the bottom of that screen). We do see what you are referring to if you enter a Team ID, and we are removing that option from Discover Game for USSSA as it does not make sense for the intended use case.

I was trying to find one of our games in a tournament we were entered in. I had already imported all of the teams that were in the tournament. I typically setup a new league for each tournament and import all of the teams entered in the tournament then import the games once they have been published by the tournament director.
The discovery of the games just saved me from having to add them manually and was more of a time saving thing for me. I can live with that.
