Preset Pitcher - minor issue

This is a rather minor annoyance. I'm getting a pitcher to show up on stats page and game summary that didn't pitch in the game. He was preset to pitch, but was sub'd out prior to actually pitching.

ex.
Pitcher A to pitch 1st & 2nd
B 3rd & 4th
C 5th & 6th
Pitcher A pitches into 3rd (B was sub'd prior to first pitch). Then coach elects to not play B altogether. But in the stat summary and our iscore team page. Pitcher B shows up, but no stats, other than GIT, GI, GT.

Is there a fix for this beside not presetting the pitchers?

If you edit the game in the Pitch by Pitch listing, you can find the event where the pitcher that was supposed to pitch was subbed in, and edit the subs there to have the correct pitcher instead. That might correct it.

If the substitution can not be removed this way, then it really shouldn't be effecting the pitcher's stats anyway... it would have them with 0 pitches thrown and 0 innings pitched.
