iScore Server Issues

We are currently experiencing a server outage. We have our hosting provider looking into it and hopefully it will be resolved soon. You can still score games as the iScore server is not needed to score. You will not be able to send emails of the results or do an Export to update websites until the issue is resolved. We will provide more updates as we get them.

Update... you can send emails from Baseball (uses a different server), but not from the other sports right now. Still can't do exports from any of the sports. Hosting Provider is still actively working on the issue.

Is there any workaround to get WebSharing? (IE, download USSSA rosters)

The hard drives on one of our servers have gone bad, and the hosting provider is replacing the hard drives and restoring them from a backup. They have not been able to give us a time estimate on when it will be back up, but we will post here when we know.

This particular server is required for the Discover functionality.

Yesterday, I scored 3 games. When I emailed the date as HTML, it seems as though that stats are all the same for all 3 games. Is this because Exporting is unavailable due the current server issue?

Emailing should now be working for all sports.

Discover should also be working.

The things that are still not working until the hosting provider finishes the restores are the Admin Website and Team Websites (anything that requires an Export).

The backup is still in the process of being restored.

For those with Team Websites, if you do an Options -> Export from your device and then visit the website, it should now work. (The Export may or may not be required depending on whether the data from your device has been restored yet or not... it is an ongoing process... but doing the Export will make sure your newest data is available now.)

If anyone can confirm this is now working for them, that would be great.
