Import is not working

Alright, I had to replace my SIM card on my phone and now all of my iScore data is gone. Luckily I had exported it all to the iScore servers and when I go to iScorecast, I can see all of my games.

But when I go to Options/Import and click "Ok" to approve the confirmation to import, I get a "Unsuccessful, The data could not be imported. However, your existing data was untouched." message and nothing happens. Its all fine and dandy that my existing data was untouched because THERE WAS NOTHING THERE! hence the need to import.

Any ideas as to how to get my data (Rosters/Games, etc) back to my device?

When you replaced your SIM card, did it change your customer ID? Gamecasts are not the same as Exported data. When was the last time you used Export on your device?

If you can email us your customer ID (bottom left of Options menu) to support@fasterthanmonkeys.com, we can check our servers to see if you have any past exports.

by the way, just logged into myiscorecentral and I see all my games but no teams or players.

Yikes, what to do?
