can't register a second device (answered)

I followed the FAQ instructions to register my iPad and everything is good. When I go to iscorecentral.com on my iPhone 4S and try to register it, all I get is the Manage Data link, no Register link. My account shows only one device registered.

I'm able to Import data from the iscore server on to my iPhone, but the Major League Season Package does not appear and the option to add it does not appear on the iscore website account page.

What am I doing wrong?

The two devices have to be registered to the same email account. You have to log in to the Admin Website using the customer ID on each device, and go to the Account tab and register from there. Once the devices are registered to the same email address, you can share the MLB Rosters between the devices.

I'm having trouble. I changed phones, and the iscore app on my old phone was deleted, but I want to have all the game and statistical information that I had before on my new device. How do I make this happen? Right now, I seem to have two accounts. If I go to the admin website the game records still seem to be there, but I can't get the game information on my new device. As another factor, when I registered the new device I used a different email address. Can you help?

Unregister your new device from the current email (log in to admin website for that device, go to the Account tab, click on the customer ID where it lists devices, and click Unregister this device), then register it with the same email as the other.

You can then transfer all data from the old account to the new account using the steps here:
