I have a team that I can see the players through the Team Manager but they do not appear in the Player Manager. I just created another team through the Roster option of the Team Manager and they appear. The players appear on the website. I created the team and players for a Tournament. I still have the tournament but it is inactive. Even when I make active the players do not appear.

This means the players are in a league that is not currently active. Go to League Manager and turn on the All league and you should then see all your players. If you wound up with duplicates as a result of this, you can use the merge option from Payer Manager to combine the players back into one.
