How about this scenario?
Runner on 1st is forced out at 2nd on Fielders Choice. While the batter is Safe, is he also credited with leaving a batter on base. I know that technically he is gone and no longer on base. But the batter did not move the runner and was the cause of the runner being out. Does the individual stat of LOB apply here for the batter?

Re: Left on base not reporting correctly
Yes, that is still a LOB.

Re: Left on base not reporting correctly
To be clear the last post discussion quoted below is on the individual "LOBi" stat, (not team "LOB")
yes, for a fielders choice, e.g. if R1 was the only base runner to start the at bat, and was put out on a fielders choice, and Batter Runner took his place at first, this is considered and LOBi. How to handle fielders choices, is simply in how MLB defined LOBi . Think of LOBi as a negative stat, the batter has failed to do his job to score (or even advance) the runners, missed opportunity, .. the result of the fielders choice play, is no different to the pitcher than if batter had struck out or ground out.
If the inning were to end on the Fielders choice, (i.e. had been 2 outs and only R1) the team would be credit with 1 team LOB (and iscore box score would show it as the batter runner who was stranded not R1). If the batter had hit a fly out to end the inning, the team would be credited with 1 LOB and the iscore boxscore would show R1 who was stranded with the LOB
