Tough losses?

Post by heidem » Sat Mar 16, 2013 2:52 am

First, thanks for the update. I really like the new stats available.

I think there is an issue with the Tough Losses stat. I have a number of games where the losing pitcher had a quality start, with for example a Game Score of 58, but there is no Tough Loss. Is it a user error or is there something not working?

A Game Score of 58 for a Starting Pitcher of record that was given a Loss should be getting a "Tough Loss". If you have a player that qualifies that is not getting a Tough Loss, then if you can do an Options -> Export of you data and email us your customer ID (found on Options screen) to support@iscoresports.com, we can take a look at your data.
