Hi, have had a Roster subscription since the beginning of the season. I went to update the rosters today having not checked it since before the AS Break and it asks me to purchase a new subscription and no sign of my old one. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Please give it another try --- we just fixed an issue that was part of the Service Provider troubles we have been working through, and it should now recognize your subscription.
