Application locked on import

The application locked up when I tried to do an import from the database. Also, unable to delete a game from the admin site.

When you say "locked up", are you saying you are frozen on a screen in iScore? If that happens, you can follow these steps to restart iScore:
1. Press the home button on your device to go back to the home screen.
2. Double-press the home button to show all running applications on your device
3. Hold finger on the iScore icon in the bottom tray that appears and press the "-" (minus) sign on the icon to close iScore. (NOTE: Do not press an "x" on the iScore icon --- this would mean you accidentally held your finger on the main iScore icon instead of the one in the "task bar" at the bottom of the screen)
4. Tap the home button again, and restart iScore.
To delete a game, you must delete it from the device. When you delete from your device, and do an Export, it will also be deleted from the Admin Website.

I deleted the game from the device and exported multiple times. The game is not deleting from the admin site.

If you are referring to the Scorecasts tab on the Admin Website, here is a link that tells how to remove your Scorecasts:

The Games tab reflects whatever you export from your device. Be sure your customer ID on the device (on Options screen) is the same as the customer ID you are using when you log in to the Admin Website, and be sure you get a Successful message when doing the Options -> Export.
Also be sure that you have actually deleted the game on your device and not just hidden it with leagues (go to League Manager and make sure there is a check next to the All league in iScore).
If you have verified those things, and are still seeing a game on the Admin Website that you do not have on your device, then email us at
support@iscoresports.com with your Customer ID and which game it is, and we will take a look at your data.
