No games showing up in game manager

I created games on my ipod device, and exported them, them imported from my website. Nothing shows up under games on my device. I did it again, and now i have duplictae games on my website, but still nothing on my device. Additionally, i have no way to delete them from my website! they show up, but no trash can or anything else to delete them with. I am using 3.51.106. IE8 Xp SP3 on Admin website browser . Seasonstarts tomorrow, any ideas?

It sounds like you likely have created the games in a league that you have turned off on your device. The website does not filter by league the way the device does.
Go to League Manager on your device, and make sure there is a check mark next to the All league. Then go back to Game Manager and you will see your games.

I have verified that the all league is checked...in fact, the games only show up on my website under all league, not under the specific league in which they were created. Device still has no games showing up in game manager. I also noted that i have game data on my device that is from last season, that i am not able to delete, and that league is definately gone. Could that be mucking this up, as well?

In checking that old game data, is is all definately corrupted. I have games still trying to sync from last year , on the synchronization screen...

If you do an Options -> Export and email us at
support@iscoresports.com with your customer ID and remind us of the issue in the email, we can take a look at your data.

I am having the same problem. Entered the post season games into IPad as a new league, but it is not transferring to website.
Also, the last game of our regular season's scorecard is not showing up on the website also.
Any options?

Make sure the league you created is assigned to your team, then export.
email the scorecard to yourself or "web" or anyone...it should then populate to the website.

Are you saying the games are not transferring to the website? or the league is not transferring? For a league to appear on the dropdown, you must assign the player to the Team the website is for by going to Team Manager, selecting your team, and selecting Leagues.
Emailing the scorecard for the missing game is the way to get a missing scorecard to appear.
If these are not working, is it possible you have a new device that is different from the one your website was created for?
