Multiple players handling fly out

In the Blue Jays vs. Twins game on Saturday, Chris Parmalee hit a pop up that third baseman Brett Lawrie bobbled, but left fielder Eric Thames then caught before the ball hit the ground. iScore would not permit me to record the pop up as going 5-7. Even when I entered that information, iScore ignored Thames's part in the play and simply showed a pop out to 5. Is there a workaround that will allow me to properly score this play?

We just scored Out, Pop Out, selected 5-7 and scorecard shows P5-7 and 5 gets assist and 7 gets the put out. Seems correct. Did it on an iPhone with the latest version of iScore.

Thanks. Unfortunately, That's what I tried to do using the iPad app, but it didn't work. iScore kept ignoring the left fielder.

We just tried the same steps on the iPad and it worked as well. Make sure you are on the latest version of iScore (3.51) and you can edit the play in Pitch by Pitch.

The newest version is 3.52, which is what I was using. I did go to the Pitch by Pitch to edit the scoring. It changed nothing. The edit was either not accepted or ignored.

If you can do an Options -> Export from your device and email us your customer ID and which game/inning you are having this issue with, we can take a look. Send email to support@iscoresports.com.
