Data From Web issue

Hello, I am having an issue. I will try to explain the best I can.

First off we have started our season and we are 8 games in. We had an issue in one of our first games where one of our players data needed to be merged. Once we did this it showed him playing in one extra game than the rest. I looked back on the my.iscorewebsite and no where did it show him listed twice in a line up card.

So in an effort to find out which game this data was coming from I deleted all games from my device and tried to get from web all the games until i discovered which was causing the issue. At that time I planned on inputting the game manually from the scorecard. Hoping this would correct my issue.

In doing so I am now trying to reload all the games.
I found the one in question, but I am having an issue getting two of the games back on my device. I get an error saying Transfer failed : You can not import data where one of the teams has been deleted.
this happens everytime I try it. No teams themselves have been deleted, one of the instances are my own team?

Confused and in need of some help

This error only comes up if the game points to a team that is no longer on your device. Are you saying you have never deleted a team? You never had the same team listed twice on your device? Even a merge of teams would be considered a delete in this context. If you email us the Customer ID of the device you are trying to data share from to support@iscoresports.com, and which game is failing, we can try on a device here.

In the future, if a "# of games" issue appears, you can just view the Player Card to see each game that is being included in the player stats, and you should not have to delete anything to see this.

I tied looking at the player card. It was correct but as team stats go it was plus one game.

I think I may have fixed the team issue.

I'm not real clear on what you are saying, so I will let FTM try to help you.

However, I will say, deleting things is rarely a good approach. Best to reach out to FTM support or this board PRIOR to taking such measures, not AFTER.

Hopefully, they can help you out...

Was able to get all games loaded back but still an issue with now 3 players . One shows playing 5 should be 4 one shows 9 should be 8 and
other show 10 should be 8

If you have a player in the Starting Lineup for a game, they count as having played that game even if you sub them out immediately. Could that be the issue you are having? If so, you can go to pitch by pitch and edit the starting lineup to remove the player(s).

If you do an export and email us your customer ID and which player(s) you are having issues with we can tell you where the game counts are coming from.
