I have added Leagues to the League Manager and retagged each game in my database with the appropriate league name. After successully (I think) running a couple of team stat reports, I went into the Player Info screen, selected my son, then selected League, then selected each League that I just previously entered. When I ran the Player Card for my son, only one game from one league posted to his card, when all games in my database should be posting to his player card.

Does the player card work on old data?
