Unable to import my data

Hello,

I exported my data successfully to iScore on 4/10/12 around 8:00 pm. I was having a problem with iScore so I deleted and reinstalled the app. Now I want to import my data but it won't let me. I entered the "YES" to confirm the import but nothing happens. Please help me. Don't want to lose my entire season.

If you can email us at support@iscoresports.com with your customer ID, we can take a look at your account and see what is going on. If you had a successful Export, then you should be able to do an Import, but we need your Customer ID to take a look.
