Nothing happens when I start app

I just bought your app. I too was glad to see this for the iPhone. When I start the app, nothing happens. I get a black screen. I deleted the app and downloaded it again, and still all I get is a black screen. Am I doing something wrong? I am very disappointed that I bought this app and can't even open it.

What version of the Operating System are you using? When you connect to iTunes, does it ask you to update? We have had this issue before with people using version 2.0 and not upgrading to the latest.
