Pitch by Pitch using incorrect name

I mentioned this to support already but just wanted to know if anyone else is having the same problem. For the second game in a row, the first play in the pitch by pitch uses the second batters name/number. The next batter ALSO (correctly) uses the second batters name. So the first batters name is just missing from that first play. When we go through the lineup one time, the first batter is listed correctly at his second at bat.

Also, both games have their first entry say "Game Starts. Substitution." though I never made a sub.

The "Game Starts. Substitution." in the Play by Play is a known issue that has been reported elsewhere in the forum.

I have not seen the other problem you are having. Maybe someone else has. Can you provide some information about how you are setting up your lineups? Maybe that will help.
