HELP! - could not retrieve games from iscorecast

We have a game in less than 24 hours and the scorecast won't work. I'm doing a simulated game and when I type in the Customer ID in the iscorecast page the scoreboard reads "Could not retrieve games". What do I do? Thx.

Try to synchronize Iscorecast from your game info page.

after you isync. Try to send yourself a direct link. Misc > send game link.. see if that works better.
